Description:

One set of Navablock DR-1 consists of the following parts:

• A.  1 x 5 mm (~ 3/16”) thick locking bracket (steel) for mounting over the handle of the inner door rod locking rod
• B.  B. 1 x 5 mm (~ 3/16”) thick holding bracket (steel) for connecting with the locking bracket
• C.  C. 1 x 14 mm (~ 9/16”) locking pin (tempered steel) to secure the backets “A” and “B” (not visible in the picture)
• D.  D. 1 x locking bush (steel + ABS plastic sleeve) to secure the locking pin “C”
• E.  E. 1 x 3 mm (1/8”) cable seal to secure the right hand door’s handle
• The seal number and logo are laser engraved on the ABS plastic sleeves of the locking bushes

Technical Specification:

• Navablock DR-1 locking and sealing device is designed to fit on one of the right hand door’s locking bars and prevents the rotation of the door rod into “open” position, thereby sealing and securing the container.
• Main components of the Navablock DR-1 are of 5 mm (~ 3/16") thick steel plate, which is nearly double to triple that of container or truck panels or roof structure and exceed the dimensions of most of the door’s locking fittings.
• The Navablock DR-1 is packed 10 sets/carton box. The total weight per set of standard length is ~ 1.1 kg (~ 2.5 lb) and per carton weight is ~ 12.0 kg (~ 26 lb).
• The cable seal of the Navablock DR-1 is available with a Memory Button (2 Kb, Mil. Spec.) for uploading and downloading of encrypted data, such as the B/L, Packing List, Container Seal Number, port of loading, etc.- up to ten A-4 pages of data, which can be relayed via a contact reader and wireless transmitter to any destination. Reliable and useful to comply with latest US Customs 24 hour manifest rule.
