»TOPP CLIP and PALLET BAG KIT

The Patented Topp Clip by CGM-AST is a steel band locking component that replaces conventional band crimps with a numbered and tamper evident locking mechanism.  The device is used to identify that nylon pallet bands have not been moved or switched thereby insuring that the pallet stays sealed during transit and while unattended.  The Topp clip comes with a topp label seal which is used to annotate the Topp Clip number and a topp seal used to insert between all four crossing bands to further insure that these bands were not replaced or moved.

The Pallet Bag Kit provides a Topp Clip, Topp Seals and Topp label along with a 48 x 40  x 84 inch high clear 6 mil pallet bag, neatly folded in a small box.  The kit contains all that is needed to secure and identify the pallet as unopened during transit, excluding the actual generic 1/2 inch nylon bands.  The Bag can be applied as show in the power point and can also be heat shrunk to snug it down on any cargo.  The bag prevents concealed opening by easily visually showing the breach. The bags prevents water and scuff damage and also provides a far better and more secure wrap than conventional generic stretch film.

The use of this protocol is also less expensive than stretch wrapping as it eliminates machines, man power, machine maintenance, fork lifts, logistic repositioning of packed pallets and forms a consistent size and visual appearance of the companies products.
